Usage Fees
In the case of 1 month (30 days) rental
Rent + Security Deposit + Cleaning and administrative fee + Seasonal Fee
*A deposit of 30,000 yen will be required.
In the case of 1 month to 59 days
Rent divided by 30 x number of days + Security Deposit + Cleaning and administrative fees + Seasonal Fees
*A deposit of 60,000 yen will be required.
For a stay of 60 days or more
Rent divided by 30 x number of days + security deposit + cleaning fee + administrative fee + Seasonal fee
*A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required.
Seasonal Rates
In the case of a monthly contract (1 month to less than 12 months), the prescribed fee will be added for the following periods.

Administration fee
The administration fee will be charged according to the length of the contract.
From 1 month to 6 months – 44,000 yen
From 6 months to 1year – 66,000 yen
*The same administrative fee will be charged when the contract is renewed.

There is no daily housekeeping service. If you would like linen and towels changed or added, we have paid service to provide them. Please inquire if you would like us to clean your room during your stay (optional paid cleaning service available).

Monthly contract
Included in the rental fee.
*In the case of excessive use, the actual cost of the excess will be charged.
Yearly contract
Not included in the fee. Actual cost will be charged.
Parking and internet
Parking
In most of our rooms, the parking fee for one car is included in the fee.
Size and weight restrictions may apply depending on the parking lot. Please inquire for details.

Pets
A pet fee of 1,800 yen per day will be charged for pets in rooms that allow pets.
